1. Oil leakage from the fuel tank supply switch: The cause is damage to the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch.

Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, take out the packing, and use oil-resistant rubber sheets to make two round pads with an outer diameter 1mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50mm larger than the handle screw. Clamp the rubber pads between the steel pads, then slide them onto the handle screw together, and tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope around the two steel pads and fill them, then tighten the gland device.

II. Oil leakage from the oil tank's drain tap: The cause is rust or failure of the steel ball inside the tap.

Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (with a diameter of 15mm, which can be substituted by a steel ball from a bearing with an inner diameter of 80mm).

III. Oil leakage from the flare of the oil pipe: The reason is poor sealing between the conical surface of the flare and the flare seat.

Exclusions: 1. When screwing the connector, start with the end with the horn. 2. After grinding the horn mouth connector, apply sealant on the conical surface, then tighten or saw off the horn mouth, and use an expander to re-expand one.

4. Oil leakage at the hollow screw joint: The reasons are: 1. The end face of the oil pipe joint and the gasket are uneven; 2. The screw hole on the housing is uneven.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: grind the joint and washer smooth. Machine the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw flat, then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.

5. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the housing: The reason is that oil leakage at the joint surfaces of various housings, such as the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear cover, transmission cover, starter transmission cover, etc., is usually caused by loose fasteners, damaged or failed gaskets.

Exclusions: 1. Regularly perform tightening work. 2. For parts that are not frequently disassembled, such as paper gaskets, apply red glue to both sides of the paper gasket; 3. For parts that are frequently disassembled, such as valve cover, filter housing, and other joint surfaces, use asbestos pads and apply lead oil to the pads. When tightening, the bolts of the relevant parts should be symmetrically tightened in several stages. In addition, ensure that the gaskets are intact, the joint surfaces of the parts are flat and clean, and there is no misalignment or deformation of the parts.

6. Oil leakage at the shaft of each control lever: The reasons are: 1. The sealing gasket is damaged. 2. The fit clearance between the shaft and the hole has increased.

Exclusion: A suitable oil-resistant rubber can be selected as a gasket based on the diameter of the shaft. Its inner diameter should be 1-3 millimeters smaller than the shaft diameter. It can be installed on the shaft surface that contacts the hole wall and pressed tightly.

VII. Oil leakage from the crankcase: The cause is damaged paper gasket or loose screws.

Exclusion: Remove the oil pan and take off the gasket for inspection. If the gasket is intact, clean it and apply a layer of red adhesive; if it is damaged, replace it with a new gasket. Apply a layer of red adhesive. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.

8. Oil leakage from high-pressure oil pipe: The reason is that after long-term use, the joint conical surface of the high-pressure oil pipe has been worn, resulting in poor sealing.

Troubleshooting: Place a plastic tube with a length of 1-2mm and a diameter of about 5mm at the mating area between the conical surface of the high-pressure oil pipe and the conical hole, or insert a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than that of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace the high-pressure oil pipe with a new one.

IX. Gearbox leaking gear oil: The reasons are: 1. The fit clearance between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2. The oil seal is worn and aged.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: If the clearance between the box body and the shaft hole is too large, the inlaying method can be used for repair. If oil leakage is caused by wear or aging of the oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced.

10. Oil leakage from the support rollers, carrier rollers, and guide rollers: The reasons are: 1. Wear and aging of the rubber sealing sleeves; 2. Severe wear of the sealing rings.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in a timely manner. Replace the upper sealing ring with a larger one. The two rough mating surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease should be applied to both sides. After installation, the device should be operated for 24 hours without allowing water or dirt to enter.

11. Oil leakage from the oil filler and oil drain ports: The reasons are: 1. The threads and thread pitches of the sealing parts of the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel coarse and fine filters, high-pressure fuel pump, oil pan, transmission, etc. are inconsistent. 2. The diesel tank cap lacks a sealing rubber.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: Ensure that the screws at the sealing area have consistent thread pitch and all use fine threads. Apply sealing rubber. First, oil leakage from the fuel tank supply switch: The cause is damage to the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch.

Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, take out the packing, and use oil-resistant rubber sheets to make two round pads with an outer diameter 1mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50mm larger than the handle screw. Sandwich the rubber pads between steel pads, then fit them together onto the handle screw and tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope around the two steel pads and fill them with the rope, then tighten the gland device.

II. Oil leakage from the oil tank's drain tap: The cause is rust or failure of the steel ball inside the tap.

Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (with a diameter of 15mm, which can be substituted with a steel ball from a bearing with an inner diameter of 80mm).

III. Oil leakage from the flare of the oil pipe: The cause is poor sealing between the conical surface of the flare and the flare seat.

Exclusion: 1. When screwing the joint, start with the end with the horn. 2. After grinding the horn mouth joint, apply sealant on the conical surface, then tighten or saw off the horn mouth, and use an expander to expand it again.

4. Oil leakage at the hollow screw joint: The reasons are: 1. The end face of the oil pipe joint and the gasket are uneven; 2. The screw hole on the housing is uneven.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: Grind the joint and washer flat. Machine the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw flat, then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.

2. For parts that are not frequently disassembled, such as paper gaskets, apply red glue to both sides of the paper gasket. 3. For parts that are frequently disassembled, such as valve cover, filter housing, and other joint surfaces, use asbestos pads and apply lead oil to the pads. When tightening, the bolts of the affected parts should be symmetrically tightened in several stages. In addition, ensure that the gaskets are intact, the joint surfaces of the parts are flat and clean, and there is no misalignment or deformation of the parts.

6. Oil leakage at each control lever shaft: The reasons are: 1. The sealing gasket is damaged. 2. The fit clearance between the shaft and the hole has increased.

Exclusion: A suitable oil-resistant rubber gasket can be selected based on the diameter of the shaft. Its inner diameter should be 1-3 millimeters smaller than the shaft diameter. Simply install it on the shaft surface that contacts the hole wall and press it down firmly.
